Not quite right? No stress. ALL customer orders are eligible for free returns. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject the Return or Exchange of goods if they do not comply with our Return & Exchange Policies.

*We are not responsible for any complications or stolen packages after they leave our facility and are delivered to the shipment office. However if you do inquire about such an issue we will try our best to assist you with this matter.*

STORE CREDIT

If a direct exchange is not wanted, you will receive store credit in the form of a discount code via email. Store Credits have no expiration date!

Please be aware that you will receive the store credit for the amount you paid for your item after item has been returned and delivered. Shipping fees not included.

DEFECTS

If you believe your item to be defective due to a manufacturing error & not a result of customer care, please contact our customer support team at support@shopdrmrzco.com with a photo, so we can assess the issue & establish a fair, successful outcome.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Purchased sale items are NOT eligible for a refund/exchange.
